Solid Rock CDC serves the northeast Houston and Humble areas outlined by the red boundary on the map below. Our mission is to empower the residents of Northeast Houston economically, educationally, socially, and physically. Although the residents are proud of their communities, we strive to rebuild our communities consisting of aging homes and vacant lots.
