Contact forms and email
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, message, and a CAPTCHA response. This information allows the CDC to receive and respond to your inquiry. Form messages may be kept in website records and email. Technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, may accompany a submission for delivery and spam prevention.
Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form. Parents and guardians should make camp inquiries on behalf of children.
Donations and other websites
Online donation buttons open PayPal. The payment information you enter there is handled through PayPal under its privacy notice. Zelle gifts are made through your banking service. Links to Google Maps and community resources take you to other services, which have their own privacy practices.
Website technology
The website uses WordPress, hosting services, and plugins to deliver pages, manage authorized sign-ins, and operate forms. These services may process connection information and use cookies. Your browser settings can control cookies. Embedded content, if present, may communicate with its source website.
